Féret Parfumeur Hyalomiel Natural Balm is a French-made multipurpose balm for dry areas such as lips, hands, nails, feet and elbows. The formula uses shea butter, sesame seed oil, sunflower seed oil, dandelion extract and honey extract, with a soft powdered rose fragrance.
