Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer the following shipping options through Royal Mail:

  • 24-Hour Tracked Service (Express): All orders over £50.00 qualify for express next-day delivery at no additional cost, ensuring your order arrives within 24 hours. (Cost under £50.00: £4.95)
  • 48-Hour Tracked Service (Standard): A reliable option for delivery within 2 working days. (Cost: £3.59)

For items such as straight razors or blades, we prioritise safety and require an adult signature upon delivery. These items are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or DHL for secure and traceable delivery.

EU Deliveries

Our aim is to ensure that each customer enjoys an exceptional purchasing experience. At Male Grooming Supplies, we manage EU taxes during the checkout process for all orders under €150, eliminating the need for you to encounter unexpected duties, customs handling fees, or additional charges upon the arrival of your order.

  • Taxes are paid at checkout: VAT and any other applicable taxes will be included in the order total at checkout.
  • No additional fees upon delivery: Once your order has been shipped, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. This includes VAT, customs duties, and any other taxes or charges.
  • The duty-free threshold for the EU is €150: If the value of your order is less than €150 (excluding VAT and shipping), you will not be charged any customs duties. However, if the value of your order exceeds €150, you may be charged customs duties and taxes upon arrival.

We offer the best shipping rates with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS, or DHL for all EU orders, ensuring you receive your products quickly and at competitive prices.

USA Deliveries

All USA orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there are no additional duties, taxes, or tariff charges to pay on delivery. Any applicable US tariffs are covered by us.

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail, although other courier options are available. Please note that colognes and aftershaves may incur a higher shipping fee. See ‘Flammable Items’ below.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

For other international destinations outside the UK, EU, and USA, we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx, UPS, or DHL to offer you the best rates and fastest shipping times.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. Shipping options will be available at checkout with the most cost-effective rates.

Flammable Items

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for flammable and hazardous items. However, shipping these items incurs a hazardous surcharge imposed by the courier. This surcharge is included in the shipping costs displayed at checkout.

To make shipping hazardous items more cost-effective, we recommend adding additional items to your order. This helps maximise the value of your shipment, as the surcharge applies per shipment rather than per item.
