Shipping policy
International duties-paid (DDP/all-in) delivery is available for eligible destinations, products and orders. At checkout, choose a service marked DDP or all-in for applicable import charges to be included; other services may leave charges payable on delivery.
We dispatch orders from the United Kingdom and offer tracked delivery services selected for the destination, parcel weight and contents. Available prices and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
We offer the following Royal Mail tracked services:
- Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.95 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for this service free of charge. Delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch.
- Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.95. Delivery is normally within 2 working days after dispatch.
UK orders containing fragrances, aftershaves or other flammable products are sent using an appropriate Royal Mail service.
International Delivery Terms
International checkout options state how import charges are handled:
- DDP or all-in: the displayed delivery price includes applicable import duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees calculated for the order. We pay those charges through the carrier, so nothing further is due on delivery for that service.
- Import charges payable on delivery: destination duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included. The recipient must pay any charges assessed before or at delivery.
Please choose the service whose wording matches your preference. Availability varies by destination and product contents.
European Union
For eligible orders up to €150, EU VAT is collected at checkout through IOSS. Where the selected service is marked DDP or all-in, the applicable €3 customs duty per distinct tariff classification and relevant carrier fees are also included in the displayed delivery price.
For orders over €150, IOSS does not apply. Choose a service marked DDP or all-in if you want applicable import charges prepaid; otherwise the checkout description will state that import charges are payable on delivery.
United States
Royal Mail DDP and DHL Express all-in services are offered where eligible. When you select a service marked DDP or all-in, applicable US duties, tariffs, taxes and carrier fees are included in the displayed delivery price, with nothing further due on delivery.
Other International Destinations
DHL Express all-in delivery is available for many destinations, alongside Royal Mail or other courier services where appropriate. Each checkout option states whether import charges are included or payable by the recipient.
Flammable Items
We can ship eligible fragrances, aftershaves and other flammable consumer products internationally using approved courier services. The dangerous-goods surcharge is included in the delivery price shown at checkout.
For international air delivery, choose a service marked DDP or all-in if you want applicable destination import charges prepaid. The dangerous-goods surcharge applies once per consignment rather than per item or carton, so combining eligible items or cartons under one waybill can provide better value.

- Checkout delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, local carrier delays and remote-area delivery can add time.
