Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used grooming products unless they are defective. This includes, but is not limited to, razors, shaving brushes, and other personal hygiene items.
To start a return, please contact us at info@malegroomingsupplies.com. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Please note: Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded, and Shopify’s payment processing fees are non-refundable (see below).

Payment Processing Fees Deducted from Refunds
Shopify’s payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. These are charged per transaction and cannot be recovered. Refunds will be processed minus the applicable transaction fee based on your original payment method:

Example Refund Calculation:
A UK customer places an order for £100 using a card. The Shopify fee is £1.95 (£100 × 1.7% + £0.25). If refunded, the customer will receive £98.05 (£100 - £1.95), excluding the original shipping fee.
