I’ve always been a bit frightened of the R41 due to its fearsome reputation. However, I’m really delighted with my purchase. It gave an exceptionally close shave and you feel the difference. But so long are you’re careful and take your time, it’s fine. First shave with it and I had 3 days growth. I experienced virtually no skin irritation, just one very small area on my neck that was soon treated by using alum and a balm at the end. Comes with a free Muhle blade. I highly recommend if you want a very efficient shave!

The shaving cream applied smoothly and effectively. As an individual with sensitive skin, I experienced no irritation or adverse reactions. I highly recommend this product for anyone with similar skin sensitivities.

This is an excellent product. The comb is open and therefore you need to be attentive while shaving but the whole razor is super compact, comes in a tiny leather pouch while still feeling substantive while holding and using.

Easy to lather if a little thirsty. Nice scent and not overpowering. Very slick and leaves the skin feeling refreshed. Aftershave balm is great as well.

Taylor sandlewood shaving soap you will not get anything better.
