EU Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and wish to withdraw from an eligible online order, use this form to send your request directly to Male Grooming Supplies. You do not need an account or to log in.

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to withdraw. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect eligible goods as you would in a shop; a lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once their seal is broken. This is assessed for the particular product. Your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described are unaffected.
