EU Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and wish to withdraw from an eligible online order, use this form to send your request directly to Male Grooming Supplies. You do not need an account or to log in.

The EU cooling-off period is generally 14 days from receiving your goods. Eligible items should be returned unused, unopened, with any hygiene seal intact where applicable, and in resaleable condition. Opened or used grooming, shaving, oral care, fragrance or personal care products may be excluded where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described.
