Merkur 90020 updates the plastic-knob Progress 500 with an antique-brass metal knob and a matching bright chrome top plate. Choose it for the two-tone appearance when retaining your existing Progress razor, rather than ordering a complete replacement razor.

Check the Progress model number before selecting the kit. The bright chrome cover is the replacement top plate supplied with the knob; these are service components for the 500, not a universal conversion for every Merkur adjustable. The all-chrome 90019 is a separate finish option.

Designed and made in Germany, this upgrade kit meets Merkur’s original manufacturing standards and ensures continued reliability and compatibility with the Merkur 500 Progress.
