The handle is crafted from red steamed ash wood, a durable hardwood whose grain and colour are enhanced through heat treatment and finished with oil to help protect against moisture.

Fitted with Muhle’s Black Fibre synthetic knot, the brush offers a soft face feel with good backbone, allowing it to build a rich lather efficiently while remaining easy to maintain. The synthetic fibres dry quickly and perform consistently with both shaving soaps and creams, making this brush well suited to regular use.
