The Parker SoloEdge is a single edge safety razor designed to clamp a flat blade securely in a fixed shaving angle. It uses half of a standard double edge blade or compatible pre-cut single edge barber blades.
The two-piece head includes a magnet to help position the blade during loading. The brass handle and satin chrome finish give the razor a balanced feel. Blade not included.

I decided to try the Parker Solo as a returning wet shaver. I have used it once and I'm really impressed. From the build quality to my initial shave, I cannot fault it. If I were shaving the entirety of my face I imagine this razor might do a half decent job, but I'm not. The head is so bulky that I have no accuracy when shaping around my beard. Trying to shape around my moustache is impossible. I bought this as a step up from my Leaf Twig which broke on me, but I just can't get used to the Parker. It feels solid and it feels good quality but it's just too unwieldy for me.
