The Simpsons Captain 2 Sovereign Synthetic Shaving Brush is a modern handle design introduced in 2016 and praised for its balance, comfort, and refined appearance. Hand-turned in traditional faux ivory, it is filled with Simpsons’ widely regarded Sovereign Grade synthetic fibre, designed to offer excellent lathering ability with soft, smooth face feel.

The Captain 2 features a tall, ergonomically shaped handle with flowing lines, making it especially well suited to shavers who prefer bowl lathering. Its proportions allow controlled brush movement, while the dense synthetic knot produces a rich, stable lather using either soaps or creams.

Each brush continues the longstanding Simpsons tradition of hand-tied knots, completed with the familiar front label stating Hand Made in Great Britain.
